Financial Default Removal

You might find that you have a default listed on your credit file. Once a default has been listed on your credit file, it won’t be removed by paying back the debt. Defaults will stay on your credit history for up to five years, whether they have been paid.

Court Judgement Removal

The process begins with us requesting details from the solicitor involved. From there we start the request for removal based on numerous legal avenues. This can take several days.

Default Removal Process

Once we receive confirmation that you wish to proceed. We contact the creditor requesting over 70 documents.  

Each creditor must send these documents, within the time frame other risk fines. We then look over these documents for any error and request the removal based on any of the error/s we find.

How we know we can remove

We have worked within these debt collection agencies and have all the requests from every company that requests these removals, so we know what works and what doesn’t.

Time frame

Paid defaults take between 15-45 days depending on the creditor's response.
